Real-Time ESG Assessment Dashboard: The MSS homepage supports multiuser environments and bulk ESG data tracking. It pulls structured data directly from the backend to display a real-time overview of assessments, complete with ESG scores, timestamps, and status indicators. Every assessment row includes smart controls for viewing the full report, downloading the report or just the score, archiving completed work, or deleting irrelevant assessments.

The MSS ESG Report: ESG reports are built using advanced AI and knowledge graph technology. MSS collects your company data, organizes it using Neo4j, and evaluates performance through LLMs like OpenAI and Mistral. It includes a detailed category-wise breakdown, Environmental, Social, and Governance with indicator-wise scores, confidence ratings, highlights of what you're doing well, and clear, actionable recommendations where improvements are needed. AI-Ready Assessment Creation with Document Intake: The create assessment page is designed to take key company attributes, such as name, industry type, and scale while offering a dual-mode document intake system. Designed with usability and automation in mind, it enables users to upload ESG-related documents (PDFs, DOCX) and provide URLs for supplemental company data. This unified dataset feeds directly into the AI pipeline, where it's analyzed, converted into graph data using Neo4j, and linked to ESG indicators. This also dynamically suggests document types based on what’s uploaded, ensuring nothing critical is missed.

ESG Questionnaire Management: The admin tools module enables backend teams to curate ESG content for every industry type, ensuring perfect evaluations. Built dynamically, the interface allows seamless creation of new sections and questions. The changes made by admins are auto-integrated into the AI-driven questionnaire for fast adaptation and consistent reporting.

Role-Based User Management System: The user management is designed as a role-based access control system. We made a fully customized module that features a thoughtfully designed interface for user creation, editing, and deletion, tightly integrated with a role-based access backend. Whether assigning roles, updating credentials, or filtering by user type, our specifically designed module ensures teams stay organized and secure.

Personalized Profile & Feedback System: My profile page is a user-friendly hub for managing account and company details, developed with user experience in mind. Also, the feedback module is implemented as a lightweight yet scalable input system, enabling users to log suggestions or issues. It supports filtering and search logic on the admin side, allowing for quick sorting and action tracking.
