FifthTry started with a clear goal: to build a design system that could scale, adapt, and version just like code. We built a living design system where every component is documented and production-ready. For users, this meant less time spent on manual design QA, fewer inconsistencies between mockups and production, and an easy way to manage UI across apps. Every element, color, typography, layout, and interaction is systemized with flexibility in mind. We collaborated closely with designers and product managers to ensure visual patterns could match real-world use cases. With this, we built the FifthTry Design System, which freed designers from repetitive tasks and brought efficiency to every design interaction.From the earliest tokens to full templates, this system was crafted through our impactful UI/UX design services.

The need for faster, smarter, and more accountable internal processes led to the creation of Squareboat’s Service Desk, a centralized command center built to streamline how our teams operate. From deployment releases to routine administrative tasks, the platform brings structure and complete traceability to every request. Each desk is built dynamically, with a purpose, with customized ticket types, filters, and workflows as per the unique needs of different teams. Whether it’s DevOps or Admin, every ticket is clearly categorized, making it easier to resolve without friction. It ensures no time is lost and no task goes untracked.What makes the Service Desk truly valuable is its adaptability. As the organization grows, the platform evolves with it. Adding a new desk—say, for QA to manage test case tracking or HR to handle employee requests, takes minimal effort now. The Service Desk, being easy to use yet powerful at its core, is the foundation for scaling internal excellence across teams.

Captain Chatbot was built with the objective of simplifying access to organizational knowledge through conversational AI. We engineered an intelligent backend that understands user intent, retrieves the most relevant documents, and crafts responses using a Large Language Model (LLM). The chatbot is multilingual, supported by language detection and translation of workflows within the pipeline. As a part of our AI development services, we implemented a RAG-based architecture to ensure every response is sourced from actual company knowledge rather than relying on general-purpose language generation. The system includes a knowledge retrieval layer (using embeddings and vector databases), a semantic matching engine, and a response generation module. Additionally, it is supported by asynchronous task execution, API integration layers, and background job handling to ensure consistent performance.

My Sustainability Score is built to deliver ESG reports that stand up to scrutiny. From initial data ingestion, where we pull in gold-standard documents, internal policies, and online disclosures, to the construction of a custom ESG knowledge base using Neo4j, we ensure no detail is missed. We structured the system by industry, then defined relevant indicators and mapped them to a dynamic questionnaire. Starting with AI integration services, we implemented a pipeline that ingests company documents, scrapes ESG-related data from public sources, and processes everything through an intelligent backend.Drawing from advancements in LLM-powered assistants, the tool transforms this data into structural ESG insights. It then evaluates each question, highlights strengths, detects areas for improvement, and calculates an indicator-wise and overall ESG score. The final report breaks down ESG performance by category, bringing together scores, strengths, gaps, and improvements in an organized structure.
