What we built?
We built MyFlexa (Healify) as a complete pain management app designed around real user needs. The process started with qualitative research, user personas and journey mapping to understand how people experience and manage pain. Competitive analysis helped us identify what was missing in existing apps, so we could design something more intuitive and effective. From secure OTP-based onboarding to the 5-step pain identification flow, covering complaint, characteristics, history, condition, and finish, every interaction was carefully planned through wireframes, style guides and polished UI screens to deliver a premium experience.
The development focused on creating an interactive recovery system. MyFlexa offers pain-specific exercises, guided video tutorials and expert regimes personalized to each user. Its standout feature is visual performance tracking with voice-enabled real-time feedback, making exercises as precise as in-person therapy. Users can log pain through a smart pain meter, get expert opinions and even book doctor appointments. Therapy and lifestyle sections, along with patient analytics, turn MyFlexa into a holistic digital wellness platform. This approach highlights the importance of choosing the right Web Development Frameworks and understanding Web Application vs Desktop Application dynamics.
