To support Amplus Solar’s growing workforce and streamline internal operations, we built a secure, enterprise-grade mobile application that brings everyday employee tasks into one smooth digital flow. Employees can log in securely using their Microsoft accounts and handle essential processes in just a few taps. The platform brings structure and efficiency to everyday tasks, helping teams work seamlessly across departments. We incorporated key features as required by Amplus Solar to simplify routine operations and enhance transparency across departments. The Travel Pre-Approval module ensures every business trip follows a structured review process before booking. The Digital Expense Manager for employees to record and submit expense claims quickly, while the Leave Manager provides an easy way to apply for and track leave requests in real time. The Claims for Approval feature lets managers to review and approve reimbursements seamlessly through a centralized dashboard, ensuring every process stays efficient and well-documented.It’s an example of how technology can quietly transform an organization’s inner workings, creating a workplace that’s as forward-thinking as the energy solutions it builds.
