Therapists can create personalized exercise plans, track patient progress, and communicate seamlessly through the platform. Patients receive tailored care, monitor their progress, and communicate directly with their therapists. By improving efficiency and communication, the portal empowers therapists to deliver exceptional care and helps patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

      The Building Blocks of the PT Portal for Better Physiotherapy

      Assign Plans: Therapists can assign tailored exercise plans to individual patients or groups. Each plan can target specific body areas, include detailed exercises. Assigning plans is simple and ensures patients receive personalized care suited to their recovery goals.


      Ongoing Plans: Therapists can view all active exercise plans assigned to patients. This feature helps track progress in real time, monitor adherence and ensure every exercise is performed on schedule. It’s easy to update or modify exercises as needed, so patients stay on track and therapists can adjust care instantly, making rehabilitation more effective and organized.


      Past Plans: All previously assigned exercise plans are stored for quick reference. Therapists can review past programs, track patient improvement over time and use historical data to inform future plans. Patients can also see their completed routines, helping them understand progress and stay motivated by visualizing how far they’ve come. 


      Custom Plans: This feature lets therapists build entirely new exercise plans from scratch. They can add exercise names, set durations, repetitions, sets and hold times, tailoring programs to unique patient needs. Custom plans allow for innovative approaches and ensure every patient receives individualized care.


      Feedback Configuration: Therapists can set weekly feedback questions to gather insights from patients. This helps monitor patient experience, exercise difficulty, and adherence. Feedback is structured and actionable, allowing care to be adapted dynamically based on real responses.

      • Pain & Exercise Insights: Visualize pain patterns with body maps and severity scales. Pain location and severity are mapped clearly. Therapists can identify triggers, monitor pain shifts, and adapt plans before problems escalate. 
      • Exercise Regime & History: Exercise regime charts bring clarity to patient experience, highlighting how pain and satisfaction change over time. It transforms raw data into meaningful progress reports for patients and therapists alike.
